This Horizontal milling machine haves characteristics of high precision, easy to operate, high production rate. It is suitable for mass production. It can work with mounting manual or pneumatic chuck to processing all kinds of metal and non-metallic material.  * This milling machine uses the original imported NSK high precision & speed bearing of Japan.   * This milling machine uses the NSK special-purpose high-quality lubricating oil.   * The spindle Material is 12CRNI2 steel, High-frequency quenching HRC55-58, enable it both to have the rigidity and to have toughness.   * The spindle speed may choose from 220 to 5200 rpm . It is completely capable of processing each kind of material quality.   * The spindle precision beats is between 0.005-0.015MM.   * The bed and bench go through complete ultrasonic frequency quenching, the quenching depth reach 1-2MM.   * The precisions, parallelism, verticality of main axle and work bench are all between 0.005-0.015MM
